We search the estates around the world and have developed great relationships with our coffee suppliers.  They know if they ship us an inferior product it is gonna be shipped right back to them, so they make sure to meet our high standards for quality.  We pass that same guarantee down to you.  If you don’t like it, send it back. We, or our agents, also inspect all the places where we get our coffee.  We look for earth friendly practices, bird friendly growing and help to promote that kind of coffee cultivation to produce coffee for us.  You can be assured that if you find a coffee listed with us it meets the highest standards and is the finest coffee.

We roast our coffees to perfection. We look at each coffee and roast it the best for that coffee.  We do not use a one size fits all kind of roasting technique. We have found that some coffees are better if roasted one way vs being roasted another.  We test our coffees after roasting to make sure that the quality of the coffee is super.  We are not afraid to through away a batch of coffee because it doesn’t meet our strict standards for quality.
